Missouri law requires Bodily Injury Liability coverage of $25,000 per person, $50,000 per occurrence and Property Damage Liability of $10,000.It does not require Uninsured Motorist (UM) coverage for drivers. It’s probably a good idea to opt for it, though: A 2007 study says that as many as 14% of the state’s drivers are uninsured.
